Mind-Changing

Track feeders and tortoise switch machines have been installed but the tortoise machines still need to be connected to power and toggle switches. The new arrangements have not been tested with an operating session yet, but I am confident they provide additional variety to the jobs at Westburg and at Oak Hill.
